The term ‘a la carte’ is used when items are priced and ordered individually off of a menu.
For your wedding flowers, it means that we have a carefully curated menu (linked below) of popular wedding floral items for you to pick from.
This menu is small but impactful so that you can enjoy a simple and streamlined ordering process while mixing and matching the floral items that you desire.
The ‘a la carte’ style also allows for complete pricing transparency so that you can feel at ease when choosing how you want to spend for your wedding flowers.

We are proud to be one of the only wedding florists in the state that prioritizes locally-grown flowers from May to October. This means that we do things a little differently than traditional wedding florists:
At the time of booking, you will provide us with your color palette, a link to your pinterest board, or tell us your overall vision for your wedding. You are welcome to request your favorite flowers as well.
When it comes time for us to source your flowers in the weeks leading up to your wedding, we will take your preferences into account as we reach out to our network of local flower farmers.
The exact colors and flowers used will be based on seasonal availability; this allows us to offer the most sustainable and uniquely beautiful creations for our clients.
We then design your items with love and prep them for pick up or delivery. The rest, is history.

Together We Bloom’s a la carte menu is perfect for couples getting married in Northern Utah who want stunning, sustainable, and custom-made wedding flowers that they can feel good about.
It is a great fit for couples who choose to elope or have small wedding ceremonies and don’t need large floral installations, extra customization, or overall fuss.
The ordering process is easy, simple, and straightforward - we do not include or offer consultations for this service
A la carte flowers work with all budgets- you can order just the essentials or create a flower-filled day.
Lastly, it is a great consideration for couples wanting to DIY some of their wedding flowers yet still want to have their most meaningful floral items professionally designed. (We even offer seasonal DIY Flower Buckets to pair with your order.)
Traditionally the clients we work with are happy to support local, excited to have seasonal flowers, and ultimately just want something beautiful for their special day.

Minimum: From mid May through mid October: our minimum order amount is $300 unless your pick up or delivery falls on a Sunday or Monday for which we have a $500 minimum. Outside of the dates listed above, our minimum order is $500.
Sales Tax: The prices on the menu do not include the 7.25% required sales tax
Deposit: We require a non-refundable deposit payment of $300 or 20% (whichever is greater) to secure your date. Your deposit will be applied toward your final balance.
Payments: The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 20 days prior to your date. We are happy to work out a payment plan to ensure that the total can be paid by this deadline.
Payment methods: clients will be sent a digital invoice where they can pay with a credit/debit card or ACH bank transfer. Clients may also transfer through Venmo
Fees: There will be a 3-4% processing fee for each payment.

Pick up or delivery must occur the day of or the day before your wedding to maintain the best quality blooms for your event. It is recommended to get them the day of if at all possible.
Pick-up on our farm in South Ogden: We will have everything in water, securely packaged, and assist with loading your order into the car. Many couples assign this as a task to someone else to allow them to focus on other things.
Delivery: Delivery is available for an additional fee. The price of delivery will vary based on distance from South Ogden. If you are interested in a delivery quote, you can provide the delivery address on your intake form. We do not offer on-site setup, just delivery of the order.

Once your deposit has been paid, the order cannot be reduced but it can be increased.
While some order changes may be permitted, additional fees may sometimes be required to accommodate them.

Once you have reviewed everything above, decided what you what like to order, and are ready to move forward: fill out the inquiry form below.

Once we receive your inquiry, we will check your date.
If we have your date available, we will send you an intake form.
This is where we will learn a little more about you and your vision for your special day and which floral items you are looking for.

When the intake form is received and we confirm that we are able to execute your wedding flowers, we will generate a quote and provide you with options for payment.
Any applicable contracts will be provided with your deposit invoice. Once your deposit is paid, you are officially booked on our calendars.
