Date Availability:
These plants should arrive at our farm in Late October but we cannot yet guarantee a specific date of availability.
Shipping, Local Delivery, or On-Farm Pick Up:
At checkout, please select ‘On-Farm Pickup’ for all of the following options, once your order is ready, you will receive an email with instructions on requesting shipping/delivery.
ON-FARM PICK-UP (Free): Free pick-up will be available on our farm, in South Ogden. We will have several pick-up dates for you to choose from.
LOCAL DELIVERY: This will be doorstep delivery through our third-party delivery partner.
IF SHIPPING IS DESIRED: Shipping quotes in advance are unavailable, it will cost what it costs and we always do our best to keep this expense minimal.
Cancelation & Refunds
This is a preorder for Together We Bloom to reserve your peony plant for you.
Due to the nature of preorders, it is non-refundable.
In the event that you no longer want or need your peony plant, you are welcome to gift it to someone else or cancel your order with us by emailing us at hello@together-webloom.com.
Refunds are not issued for order cancelations but we will find the peony plant a new home.
In the event that you do not pick up your order or pay for shipping within 15 days of ‘order-ready’ notice, your order will be canceled without a refund.
Substitutions:
Sometimes changes to the order occur that are outside of our control.
We reserve the right to substitution based on what we receive from our bulb supplier.
Our approach to substitutions will be handled on a case-by-case basis but may include bulb size or variety changes.
